Event Agreement: The Event Agreement is a binding contract between our Event Management Company and the client. It outlines the services that we will provide, the fees, and the payment terms.

Payment Terms: We require a deposit to secure our services, and the remainder of the balance must be paid before the event. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the event.

Cancellation Policy: If the client cancels the event, we require written notice of the cancellation. If the cancellation occurs within a certain timeframe before the event, the client may be responsible for paying a cancellation fee.

Changes to the Event: If the client requests changes to the event, we will do our best to accommodate the request. However, any changes may result in additional fees.

Liability and Insurance: Our Event Management Company carries liability insurance to protect us and the client in the event of any accidents or incidents during the event. However, we strongly recommend that the client carries their own insurance as well.

Force Majeure: Our Event Management Company is not responsible for any delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Intellectual Property: Any materials or intellectual property that we create for the event, such as logos, designs, or marketing materials, belong to our Event Management Company.

Confidentiality: Our Event Management Company will keep all client information confidential and will not share it with any third parties without the client’s express permission.

Termination: Either party may terminate the Event Agreement at any time if the other party breaches the terms of the agreement.

Governing Law: The Event Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state in which the event is held.
